I don’t have the file bin\win64 folder or kindomCome.exe. did this issue get fixed already?

Does Soldier tier not receive beta access? or am I just not getting the download button for some reason?

Hi, i am just trying install and launch beta. Game launcher was downloaded just now 20160304-0815 but after installation it says “system cant find something”

I get the missing file error too. When I run the exe from Win64 folder I get error Unable to verify your license, try run again game activation from KCD launcher. What now?

1. Hi there, ive installed it with launcher to and get the same issue:

"Failed to launch the Game.
The System cannot find the File specified."

So whats the solution for this ??

2. and if i go manually in C:\Program Files (x86)\Warhorse Studios\KCD_Beta\Bin\Win64
and klick the KingdomCome.exe… it follows the issue
" Unable to verify your license, try run again activation from KCD launcher."

I’m the opposite of most people here - I have an (unused) Steam key which I was given for the alpha, but would rather have the standalone launcher version. Any chance of a swap?

Hello @nubchops, thank you for your support. Unfortunately you are right, Soldiers are getting the final game, but the Beta is from Knight Tier and up. :slight_smile:

I have a little problem: I can’t access on the KCD lancher because my credential aren’t valid.

Where I found my credential? I try with password and username of this forum and of my profile on KCD home page.

What I wrong?

Strange it sould work with the credential from the website. Maybe try email instead of username? If this will not work, I will take a closer look at that problem.

Didn’t work.

I tried with my e-mail and my user name, like this: MatteumPrimo, matteumprimo or MATTEUMPRIMO.

EDIT: I find the problem.

I had a " / " on my password, I delete it and now it is all ok. :smiley:

So what is the state of play here on steam keys, there is an email out saying we should have steam keys, now here on the forum it says we won’t be getting steam keys. If there isn’t going to be steam keys for the beta then you really need to send out an email letting people know the actual situation and apologise for the confusion. I’m sure there are a lot of Knight level backers like me from the kickstarter that are now more than a little confused/annoyed.

I already have that, that’s no problem, I’ve even already had a session playing. Problem is you’ve sent an email that reads like steam keys are available to Knight level backers who were already registered on the website(and apparently they aren’t) and implies that they will be provided in the future.

No big issue either way, but it’s very confusing, I get what you guys were probably trying to say in the update, but the way it’s written it’s not clear at all(and this is coming from an native English speaker). But given the email and now the media has picked up that email it’s something you might want to correct the language of sooner rather than later as it’s actually a relatively big deal.
