i have been trying to install KCD onto my brand new gaming pc,bought just for this game,& the beta launcher just doesn’t do anything at all.
i double click my downloaded launcher icon,windows 7 asks me if i want to run it,i click run,then absolutely nothing happens.
i have downloaded the laucher numerous times buy every time its the same.
i gutted as i wanted to see the game on high/ultra settings but i can’t see it at all.
i have downloaded elite dangerous & that runs just fine.
I think the best way is to write a ticket

There you can login with your user data (game user data) and open a ticket “New issue”.

hi,thank you i have now done that 
well after receiving no help what so ever from anyone at WH,i decided to buy a copy of windows 10 as my windows 7 would not update no matter what fixes I tried.
just downloading the game now
can’t wait to unleash my R9 390
