Overstuffed :DDD Oh my god, this is just glorious! And that icon… xD
Why does ‘overstuffed’ appear under buffs and ‘encumbered’ under debuffs, even though both have negative effects?
Only a guess…
You can fix encumbered by dropping things. By overstuffed you have to wait…

In addition to the one @Blacksmith posted I often use cl_fov, this command allows you to change the field of view if I remember correctly 70 is the base (if you put the command in without an integer it will display the base) I personally play with it set 75 - 80.
Please Note: All console commands change the gameplay experience and should be taken into consideration when bug reporting.
Hah it seems i had the “invisible horse” rider at the same place. 
Somebody knows what this “toy” is? I was on my way to find the bandid camp and heared a sound in the woods. It sounded like somebody was cutting down a tree but instead i found this.
I can’t understand how can someone post screenshots on the internet while having the graphics set on the lowest settings.
As you said it’s kind of a toy. I remember these from 80s, but either it’s only in certain locations with some tradition or boys and fathers play computer games instead of building small dams or mills on small mountain streams to challenge their crafting skills 
More advanced version can be build with some hammer attached to it. We can just report loudness as a minor bug.

This is actually mentioned by one of the interviewed characters as one of the marks guiding you to the bandits’ camp.
