Not really. Probably the largest city featured in the game is Sasau, which even today has less than 4000 people. At the time of a game it would have been rather small, yet important because of its monastery. Basically you will get a few villages and one to two smaller towns.
You can check the map of the game or use google maps to see how the area looks today. No large cities there I am afraid.

The scope of the story post this first game should eventually take us to Prague and potentially other pivotal cities within the Holy Roman Empire that are relevant to Henry’s tale.
But as Martin pointed out, currently KCD will only have perhaps one maybe two larger towns. The rest being small villages. It’s a fairly rural setting, so the settlements and surrounding countryside will reflect that.
I really hope that we get to see the major cities in the possible upcoming acts of KC:D and expand the size of the map. I hope the game doesn’t finish in the first act…I’m not sure. I want to meet the drunken majesty.
