I’ve tried different modes, different platforms and different character development and quest lines leading up to the zora reward and I get the same error every time.

If Zora’s horse moves away to an area outside of Neuhof, the mission does not crassed and is completed. The key is Zora’s horse. Take him away from Neuhof Henry …
