I had one with great stats Stealth Stats, But I had to go back hours because of the Sinew Bow Bug…and then on top of that, I still could not get the bow so I need to find a new one. It looks incredible with the black scarf
No one knows any ways to find this or buy it?
If it is what I am thinking of, try the bandit camp East of Sasau Monastery, one of the bandits has a lot of expensive attire, like the signet ring and the decorated black pants (which I think are the best pants for stealth too).
Be careful there is alot of tough bandits, about 8 or so.

About 6 Months ago I really stopped playing but my stats were
