I can’t figure out what is wrong. The launcher starts, I click start game, then the intro video plays successfully. After the intro video, it says beta access in the top left of the window and work in progress in the top right of the window. However, the rest of the screen is black. Music continues to play in the background. I’m also unsure if I’m supposed to be able to go into full screen mode at this point. Also, my computer meets (if not exceeds) the minimum requirements on the website.

Also it should be noted that everything else freezes. I have to alt f4 or do a hard restart to close it.
I’m having this same issue on my system. Like to know if there is a simple fix that I’m not finding out there.
So I seem to have found a work around for now for my case.
Go into the launcher file, go to properties of the gamelauncher.exe and put it in compatibility mode as windows 8 (I’m running 10) and run as administrator.

I tried this (but in Windows 7 compatibility [I’m using 10], and it didn’t work. Then I reinstalled the game and tried running it in Windows 8 Compatibility. Same error. I’ll keep messing around with it, but if anyone knows a fix or has any suggestions PLEASE don’t hesitate to share them!
