Black skinned bandit dressed in bones?

I’ve played for near a month and just found this strange bandit with very black skin, a horned headdress and armour made of fur and bones…I can’t loot the boned bandit at all, although I can carry and move him.

I found him and a rather poorly dressed bandit together on the road at the north of the map (right above Skalitz) . It’s the road you actually can’t leave once you get so far. They were guarding the road way out of actual reach of walking, I barely could even see them, I shot an arrow to get them to attack.

Is this quest related or something? It caught me by surprise as I’d never seen anything like the bandit with boned armour anywhere else and can’t find mention of him anywhere.

Forgive the screenshot. I’m not logged into psn and I need to update before I can get a better one…

It doesn’t show in my bad photo but his eyes were red, he has a moustache and his boots are like bear feet with long massive claws.

They are part of a quest

Ha! No, they’ll be twice as mad because he’s dead!

Something to do with the next installment (Act II)? Could be the map expands to the north towards Prague for the next Act.

Except the one black person is dead lol Remember the flack Resident Evil got when they released a game where the whole enemy population is black and the hero’s favorite weapons are guns? :joy:

It’s a bug. The “bandit” is actually one of the enemies’ type hallucinations that Henry encounters during the “Dance with the Devil” quest line. I don’t want to spoil the quest (that’s very fun btw) but it comes a point when you are attacked by a series of “bandits” having sort of demonic forms, and one of those is what you show in the picture (for this the claws, the bones, the red eyes, etc.).

Probably one of those models got spammed in place of a normal bandit.

A person of color…Maybe all the SJW can calm down now.

If that’s the quest where Henry follows the three wannabe witches/Satan worshippers to the woods, I done that quest about three days after the game came out, so no wonder I’d forget this enemy lol

Odd it showed up on that road standing there facing out the way you can’t go :joy:

hahahah, good one

It could be a reference to Westworld: Wyatt’s men had furs and bones.

no, it’s a west african world man. war horse has met the sjws half way. this is the start of a beautiful relationship. soon well will see females in full suits of armor+tit windows fighting in pitched battles and transexual street preachers which the player will be obligated to defend.
