I’m curious as to what the maximum stats are that people have. I mean high damage and armour, low visibility, conspicuousness and noise and also high strength, agility, charisma, …
Here are mine:
154 dmg stabbing and slashing, that and the 20 charisma are what I’m proud of.
And I’m still relatively early in the game (just met Sir Ulrich last session).
20 is max stat i think for all Stats.
By the way, 20 is also max stat for horses Courage it seems. Why is this important? Well you can get items that raise courage, so you don’t really need a horse with 20 courage. Just throwing it out there.
Yeah, got that too, but horse stats aren’t very interesting, since there’s not much variation between the best ones.
My horse has 66 speed right now, carries some ±350, 20 courage and 450 stamina, but it anyone can do that.
I’m more interested in whether anyone has better damage than I do, or just impressively high stats in general.
Though I would also like to know what the maximum horse speed is.

Your attack stat doesnt matter as you are using a glitched sword you arent suppose to have.
That isn’t true. You can get St. George’s Sword from Hans during the bathhouse quest. You can also get it from a camp near Neuhof, but I’m guessing you consider that a glitch.
Yes, they are glitches and devlopers specifically said they were. St George’s sword is suppose to be acquired end game.
Sequence breaking isn’t a glitch. You can get the Magdeburg sword, which is almost as good, even sooner. Like I said, maybe Neuhof is a glitch. However, obtaining it in a sidequest doesn’t seem very glitchy to me.
Warhorse Jenda, just buffed with perks and items.
What about Treasure Map VII? That gives you the sword.
How did you get St. George Sword?
I found it in a camp on the north side of a road going east to the north of Neuhof, though apparently it’s not there on consoles and it’s not supposed to be there on PC either but it is for some reason.
If you’re on PC you can also get it from the chest in the bathhouse during the quest Next to Godliness.
On any platform it’s in the treasure from Treasure Map VII.
So on PC you can get 3 copies.
I could of course switch to better arrows, but that 20 strength definitely beats me.
How do you have 90 noise though? Those good fit perks?
Btw a necklace could probably boost you up to 20 charisma. And I suggest doing some boxing training with Sir Bernard to raise your agility.
Good damage though. 198 is the record so far.
Yea, its most likely the “Slim Fit” skill for Stealth (Lowers the noise of armour and other equipment by 20%.), and the “Stuffing” skill for Maintenance (When you repair your own armour you’re able to pad it so it doesn’t jangle as much and lower your stealth ability.).

For honesty and transparency, these stats are possible only because I took some drinks before taking the screencapture 
so don’t feel so bad about having lower stats 
Honestly couldn’t even use that sword for more than a fight. 1HK is unbelievably boring. Gimme my PoS Stalwart all day everyday. Don’t think I ever came anywhere close to 198 damage tho…that’s insane… as is 20 charisma. My Henry just isn’t dapper enough it seems.
Well, I just came out of the bathhouse, so during combat stats will be lower for me too. Not that I ever do combat, I’m at the bathhouse all day. Kappa

my only upgrade would be:
Magdeburg Plate Chausses.
I also wear the Dark Milanese brigantine, it’s quieter, less visible… i can wear it while sneaking as extra armor.
