I made a post on Facebook and it was deleted. I’m a loyal fan. I have not spoken one ill thing about this game. I have spent a lot of my money too. I don’t understand why one of your team would delete my post! I simple said " He must have been drunk and forgot to get fully dressed." Also that it made it a easy fight. I don’t think they post needed to be deleted… I played through the dlc again with the same result. I also could loot his gear, but I can not equip it.

Only thing I can think of. Is its a saved game that had mods installed. I deleted them since they don’t work with the new DLC. Can you wear his gear? Photo below. the gear is grayed out wiht no stats.
People had the same issue using old mods not being able to equip the Leipa armor set. The issue is that the gear has no stats, and isn’t counted as armor, if the mods don’t include it.
If that’s the issue, that old mods break new content, that’s not a bug.
I don’t have any mods installed anymore. The game would only crash, so I deleted them all.
In that case, yes, it is a bug.

There’s a video on YouTube of someone playing the entire DLC, " Kingdom Come Deliverance Band of bastards DLC Full Playthrough - Henry is a good boy" and at 2hrs 18mins they loot him. The items are fine.

It might be worth verifying the files just in case. You can do it on Steam without having to redownload and reinstall the whole thing.

I already did that. Was missing 7 files about 6.2 gb.
I fixed the problem. I loaded a older save and replayed the whole DLC again. This time the gear showed. I also could equip it. Maybe the save I was on got corrupted.
So after you fixed your installed game, everything works… 
Time to close this.
