In competitions on bows there is an error when npc does not shoot.
After shooting you arrows to zero, hit T and wait an hour. The competiotion will end.
Helped me with wine quest.

As in, it will end you failed it, or does it end and you win if you topscored? Cause all I did in the past was walk away to instantly fail the quest.
If you win, it will end successful.
Just stand there, no walking away.

I reloaded my game and waited for hans to fire first. Bevause my bugged competition had hans never firing
