Box received, but no Key

I got my Collector’s box (kickstarter earl tier) today. It looks great, even though I’m a bit sad it is clearly inferior to the collector’s edition Warhorse sold on its website: artbook soft-cover, not hard, poster map instead of cloth map. Since they actually produced this stuff and I actually paid quite a bit more backing the game I would’ve thought they might throw that in.
Instead, two items seem to be missing from my box that were promised in the pledge tiers. There is no printed manual, and if one of the DVDs contains a making-of, it is well disguised.

Now, more importantly, there is also no Steam key to be found in the box. As I understand it, Warhorse prefers to make these accessible via my profile/backer awards on their page, and I believe I did once receive a beta key that way (though that no longer shows up on the profile).
But, while my profile acknowledges me as an earl and owner of a Collector’s edition, I see no key or (as it is apparently the case for some) option to link my Steam account to this profile.

Will I just have to wait a bit more (even though console players have been at it for days already after this was sold to us as a PC game)? Or will my Steam beta magically be upgraded into a full version come tomorrow morning?

printed manual was scrapped to focus more on the ingame features that explain you everything you need to know.
I’m not sure about the making-of DVD
@DrFusselpulli might have to take a look into your backer profile since you dont see the activation button to link your steam profile. You also have no badge so I think something went wrong there. They are pretty busy today as you can imagine but you can still PM him or maybe he’ll answer on this post

The artbook you get in the Kickstarter collector’s edition is bigger and, unlike the other one, also contains text that describes each image.

Here is the source for the Printed manual, according to this you will receive your making of DVD:

Thanks for your kind replies. Shame about the manual.
I can’t stand ingame instructions, they just get in the way of immersion and always seem to pop up when I don’t need them, never when I do; I much prefer a manual to leaf through and take out precisely when I need some information. Hell I could actually pre-read how to play the game now while I’m waiting for it to release!

Anyway, fair enough about the missing items. Might try to contact Doctor F later on if nothing turns up.
What about other backers, though? Did you get a new Steam code AFTER you already got the beta on Steam?

I got a Steam Link button in my profile yesterday.
I clicked on it, login with browser and it was added to my library
