Will we be able to shove aside small branches or duck under them
Im starting to get a little irritated because i cant get past an area because of a twig at head height

We can investigate it.
To answer the question, feature allowing pushing aside branches is not planned. Simply because it should not be necessary for you to use it.

I think he means the conifer walls, where there are visual ‘thin spots’ that you cannot exploit for movement.
Once you have recognised the type of impenetrable tree it is easy to avoid and to work around.

That is what I thought but there’s this whole bit here…
There allot of dead spaces in in general in the deep forests.
ill just tell the whole story
here i am walking through the forest then i spot the bandits (the ones on the path going diagonally from the bandit fort thing) and im like o crap i gotta gtfo (had killed the bandits near the woodcutters place and the little camp near the main bandit fort so i was low on health)
so i start following the path right into one of those barrier things
im still thinking that im fine i can just go through the forest so i take like 5 steps in and BAM cant get through even though its like 3 twigs and a shrub in my way
can seem to load my game so no screenshots but alot of places are like this, its just this place that messed me up that much
The beta is full of invisible walls. Far too many. You can get stuck on them too. In the beta, when fighting the Cumans at 0.5 camp, I had one constantly running into me, keeping my stamina at zero, and preventing me from moving out of one invisible wall while his friend slowly whittled away my health.
Interestingly, if you are on the horse, you can jump over the walls. They aren’t very high, and you can briefly run along the top of the invisible walls. This only works if you jump on the horse while going down hill.
