This game is delightful in every sense. I just love the passion the devs put into the world. A new AAA franchise
is on the market and I for one welcome it warmly. I really hope this turns into a series. SHOGUN Japan, how
awesome would that be made by developers who can really craft a believable and immersive world and craft
a great story.
Just the map is amazing, the way you have made it the way humans would use it. Paths cutting corners, side paths along a main path around a mud hole, thickets in the forest just where they would be, because no one could get through to make a path. Everything is exactly where it should be. As an artist, and something who spends a great deal of time observing landscapes, this map is just so beautiful. All the artwork is, and then there’s the delicous story, and quirky character animations which went from horrendous at first to a flaw in a character by mid game, such as Henrys inability to correctly gesture. lol So funny.
Please make more like this. Medieval Japan would be a joy as would any other non-western country. China would be a delight to play. You’ve really made me feel like I’ve worked my way up through the ranks, just because of an accident of birth, that my father happened to have made a sword for a Lord. So much fun. Thank you. 
I would love to see modders open up KCD with different ways to play the game.
