After installing the mod ‘Road are dangerous’, all the in game texts are broken.

Looks like the mod may be conflicting with the game. New patches sometimes break mods. You may need to wait for a mod update from nexus. Just remove the mod for now.
Good luck on that as most older mods are now orphans as the authors walked away from further updates.
Why do they make mods that do this. SMH
Without the mod support kit authors can only do their changes to what’s already there and the law of unintended consequences from the rapid update fixes roars to life. Then they give up and walk away
