Seems it was only me who occur this bug.
Then I chased Ulrich during my investigation, i killed his horse while tried to stop him. After that I defeated him and let him live, but then, after normal speaking with him, he just started attack me endlessly all the time he saw me (becouse of his horse I guess).
Even late, during main quest near the Monastery, then he sit in tavern and may assist me from there, he only starting attack me and if I defeat him there - he got only standart surrender dialog option so I can’t even ask him for help. Now this stuppid situation is never end, so it must be fixed in later patches.
Maybe it will be right to add additional dialog option about killed horse there he will demand some compensation from Henry before he will help him again.
