Since the latest update, there is no build option either in the Book, or in talking to Marius in Privislavitz. It was
working fine yesterday. Since then, the only thing that has changed is the game updated.
windows 7 pro 64 bit, no mods.
Got the same problem…thought I’m doing something wrong! I still did build some buildings but now i cant expand my village any more -.-

You can’t build every building in the book. If you build one say a baker you can’t have a butcher. Guard house or stable. Perhaps this is what happened. If you read the book it will tell you what happens when .
