i dont think this quest is bugged, coz i finished it in many ways. yes there were several ways to finish it
- leshek died and zmola is nowhere
- u can reach zmola before he kill leshek and take zmola to overseer
- u can just arrest the guy in the top, it will bring you to overseer, then the quest updated to “go to zmola before its too late”, if u just do nothing in several minutes then the quest updated again to “talk to zmola in the infirmary”.
- after u bring the skull to the man in sasau (i forgot his name), the quest updated to “go talk with leshek”. when u reach to monastery, there is zmola instead leshek. well, u can find leshek in mill, he’s hiding in upstairs room. go talk with him, take him under arrest, then kill zmola.
