There are sound/audio files missing from different NPCs involved in the the side quest The King’s Silver.
Master Feyfar is missing lines as are one of the miners you encounter. There may be others missing audio for some of their lines as well.
Similar thing happened to me with bolting horse quest. Trimming save files and restarting system fixed issue
