Hello, i got a bug like this. 
I installed Easy Lockpicking mod, started the game, and boom, the strings are gone. 
Startup copyright text = Nope
Subtitles = Nope
Text in menu = Nope
how anyone finds lockpicking hard is beyond me.
I isn’t easy with controller as it is with a keyboard and thumb ball mouse.
I have a problem with strings, not with lockpicking, i need a solution to return this.
what happens when you remove the mod?
I have a bug that show up with the cheat mod.: 1st is at Vranik, cant clear warning you get about quests.
2nd is when the announcement at the end that you’ve completed the main line quest series, can’t clear.
If I back up and remove the mod all proceeds normally. I then reinstall and move on.
Have you lest a bug post on the Modder’s page in nexus?

And, i don’t sent any bug post on nexus page.
But, that’s not cause of mod, that’s very, very bad bug (.xml files are not loading)
Tried removing the game and reinstalling a fresh run under 1.4.3 patch?
Mebbe a corruption somewhere? bad save(s)?
Just throwing out what I would try… 
you install mods well expect the game to get bugged.
You can not post a bug report here when you have mods installed.
Mods are no part of the original so i bugs occur its not a problem warhorse should be dealing with.

It’s okay, i reported that to support, and, they said me: Remove the profiles folder, and i removed that, and it’s working.

Good job. Proof mods are not good.
