I cant remember there actually being an option to train after you learn to read from him.
The scribe is not a “trainer” for reading. I believe there is no such trainer in the game.

The Uzhitz scribe does not train your reading skill, he only teaches you to read. There is no way to train the reading skill other than through reading actual books or learning recipes.
