I’m not sure whats happening. I just got the game yesterday and I’ve spent almost a full day trying to fix this issue.
Basically what is happening is I can’t open doors, talk to people or pick up items because my screen just flashes the button in the bottom right corner. Here is an example: https://gyazo.com/d42ab37a380efc0e211cb6c84888cb0b
You will immediately see my issue, its quite frustrating, a lot of money for a game I can’t play.

Platform: PC
CPU: Intel i7 5820k
GPU: NVidia GTX 1080TI
RAM: 32GB
OS: Windows 10 (fully updated)
Not using a controller
No mods or cheats
Reinstalled 4 times to no avail.
Tried starting a new game, lost count how many times.
Tried installing it on all my drives, 2 SSD’s and an HDD, not at the same time obviously, but still no progress.
If anyone can help me with this I’ll be eternally grateful.
