The Quest Chumps on the River automatically fails before the competition starts. After paying Vatzek the entry money (grochen) for the competition, the quest fails when you arrive at the river as the logs floating by. Vatzek and the two competitors just walks away and thats that. Im playing on PC with patch 1.3.1
