After the Timmy auest it started:
I went to Sir Radzig in order to report, after that I went to the camp to fulfill the task for Radzig.
When I arrived at the place with the bandits, I decided to do something else.
After that:
Morcocks watch turned up in Talmberg where I killed him together with one of the guys there. (He turned up when I was sleeping)
After that everyone kept on attacking me and the attack sound and situation has been adopted over to the last few saving slots.
So even in some earlier saving slots everyone attacked me.
After loading the game a bit earlier it was gone.
I play from there on but I think there is something wrong with the watch from the bandit camp. I try to avoid it for now
