So I am 15 hours into my second play through when I start the quest “The Prey”. I am at the end of the quest but Hans isn’t responsive. I am (was) trying to do a no kill play through and alas I cannot continue the game. My last save for some reason is 14 hours ago when you first get into Rattay. I have a horse early in the game (not that hard to obtain one) so instead of Hans getting captured he gets knocked out and I have to deal with the cumans right at the start. I wrote an email to support and even showed images, but now they have told me that and I quote, “you must do the quest from the beginning and you must not own a horse.” Since I cannot do the quest from the beginning (unless I want to lose 14 hours of game play) and you cannot have a horse for this quest, I can say that I am done playing this game. Its just really sad that you cannot play the game how you want to when its advertised that you can. Also completed the game on my first play through and still have not received the achievement for beating the main story. Too many bugs and way too much frustrations at this point has lead me to lose faith in the game and people behind it. Ill keep checking on future patches to see if they fixed the game, but needless to say if you are going for a NO KILL PLAY THROUGH please do not own a horse until after you complete the mission “The Prey”. Good luck to those that will continue playing. I just do not have time to dump hours into a play through only to have it ruined by some silly bug. Really disappointed as I was an early backer of this game.
