Buying the beta and full version

Hello, sorry if I chose the wrong category for my question, I’m new to these forums and I am not sure if this has been answered anywhere.

So, my question is, if I buy the beta now, will I have the game when it fully comes out? Or will I have to pay once more to get the full version?
