So, I got the game for free from epic but since they don’t use viable methods of purchase for my country, can i download the DLC’s from steam and have them in a working condition? yes I have checked the steam would let me download separate dlc’s

I never tested it. Steam and Epic are using diffrent licenseservers. My answer is No. Don’t do it.
No. DLCs need to be on same platform.
