No, not right now on the current state of the game. Most significant factor here is our complex AI system which needs to me optimized. Sometimes the game will run slower with under 30FPS. But the final game will be optimized and you will be able to play it in a decent way on your system.
its cause of the CPU right ? i guess the GPU and 8gb ram are fine arent they ?
GPU is fin, the CPU should also be fine as far as I can see. I am monst worried about the 8gb of RAM, this is on the edge. Game is playable, but sometimes you will have low FPS.
I have upgraded my pc now: CPU : i7 6700k GPU: GeForce GTX 1070 Space: 16gb ram

The final game should run just fine on this computer, but don´t expect no lags for the Beta right now. Because the Beta is not finally optimized yet.
