I know that there are lots of topics about this, but i wanna know your opinions. 
I wanna run the game on high details. I remembered that Beta ran at 30-35 FPS.
My PC:
GPU: GTX 960 4GB (1,5 yr old)
CPU: Intel Core i5-3550 3.3 Ghz (4 yrs old)
RAM: 24 GB (8+4+8+4)
OS: Windows 10 64-bit
It is necessary to upgrade my CPU or GPU? Is GPU more important than CPU for this game?
your gpu is not high end anymore and you cpu isnt that good either
since you need a lot of calculations for npc’s in the game you need both cpu and gpu
but nonetheless your game should run well on medium-high settings
I would consider upgrading your gpu though, but you can test first if you’re satisfied with the performance of the game.
Should be fine I played the beta on a 960 2gb on medium settings and it still looks great, alot of fps dips but that’s from the beta so i’m sure on release it’ll be optimized.
