RAM; 16BG
Harddrive: SSD 250 GB

Yes, your system should run the game without problem. The Beta right now is not properly optimized yet, so sometimes there can be lags, but this will change in the future for sure.

Are there gona be other ways of payment then there already is?
I dont have a creditcard and i have to link my creditcard with paypal to buy the game so that wont work.

Just PayPal should also work fine, you should not have to link it with your credit card. For the near future there are no other ways of payment planned yet, but we will probably have other payments later, closer to the release of the game.

I cant compleet my paypal account without linking my card to it for some reason.
And i tried buying the game with paypal and there my creditcard number is asked again to continue the purchase.
I guess i just have to wait till the release, does the game will be available on steam?

Are u a new at Paypal?
u can link your Account with your Bankaccount. If it doesnt work try to contact the support from paypal. There are friendly and helpfull.

There is also another way to get the game by winning it Go to twitter and look for the Warhorse Tweets. #wantkcd and describe why you think you should be the one that should get the game as a give-away.
