There is a quest star above Zora, but when I’m talking to her there’s no “I’m looking for the work” dialog! I can only ask her for buying a horse and “let’s trade”! I’ve done a “ginger in a pickle” quest, how to start this quest?
You may have talk to Andrew first and he will tell you Zora has a problem.
I have already asked Andrew from the local inn “what is happening around” and he said “uhh nothing happening”
I got the quest and went to Divish. Was told to speak to his stablemaster. However that B_stard runs away and faces a open doorway and won’t talk.
On my previous playthroughs the quest begin after the attack on Privaslavitz, but before varnik (sorry about the spelling). After you talk to Andrew then go to Zora and the quest should start. If not check your mods or it may be a "bug: From the Ashes DLC has, but I have completerd the quest after I loaded the DLC and I have no mods.
