I picked Local hero perk but now I want to be bad boy is it possible to change it to infamous ?

no, there is no way to change perks in game
Think of it this way. You’re playing one person who has one set of ideals, if you change those ideals then you’re not that person anymore.
You’d need to start a new game and play from that style in the beginning.
Same with me would like to change my perks, I just f***** it up and chose the wrong ones and with the amount of time in it now and the time i have available to play i don’t feel like doing everything i did to get Here ones again…
I somewhat agree with that, but if this is to be the most realistic RPG to date then the developers must also understand that people change all the time, convicts turned good, good turned bad… Etc etc
I believe the devs mentioned a “Respec Potion” that they are working on for a future update. This should help
