A fix has been ready for over a week, yet a lot of people have not been able to play this game since patch 1.5 because of the infamous Runt bug. This is ridiculous at this point. A hot fix or an incremental patch wouldn’t spoil the DLC release date and people who paid to enjoy this game would be able to do so. I really like this game a lot which is a shame because if this is how things are handled going forward I seriously doubt I’ll be supporting any future content or projects.
its not warhorses fault they had to fix a shitload of bugs in double quick time and the fixes broke other areas of the game. these games are hard to code and complex AF.
Yea it kinda is their fault, it’s their game. Not to mention a fix has been ready for at least a week and hasn’t been released yet. It’s not too much to ask for a hot fix or incremental patch like any respectable game developer would do, especially going on 2 weeks and not being able to play because of a bug.

I am on Baptism by Fire and can not proceed. Unless I want to keep replaying the same mission over and over for it to just crash every time, then yea, can’t really play.
Why do you just spend so much time trying to troll people on here? He can’t advance the main story so he can’t complete the game. This is due to a known bug that a patch is ready for but not released. He has a right to get a little annoyed at that. He doesn’t have to do side missions or explore the place finding every single thing. That’s the beauty of a game like this you play it how you want. And for him this bug is stopping him progressing in his chosen game play. Go spam to get your message count up somewhere else!

as the Director of wh said, if they fix things with patches without enough time to test, the fixes may break other things.
amazing how many people ignore this and just ask for the fixes.
you have to give the devs time. you can’t just demand shit and throw your toys out the pram when you don’t get it instantly.

That’s not what was said. It’s a known bug that has been said will he fixed in the next patch that is ready. A patch won’t be announced until it’s been tested for stability issues. He can’t get past a mission because of a bug…A fix for the bug is waiting to be released…it has been for the last week or so. It should be a hoxfix release. And yes everyone has different bugs I agree but a well known one the has been documented so much and is know to be waiting a release of a patch that’s ready NOW to be released should in fact be released
By your logic I could drive a car just because it cranks, even if it has 4 flat tires and a blown head gasket. Point is a fix is ready to be released per WH. Ready, not being tested, but ready.

I have patiently waited, a fix has been READY, since you have trouble understanding this, it has been READY for over a week. Any respectable company would have released a hot fix days ago. I paid for a game to enjoy, not a $60 shelf ornament

Ok if a patch is READY FOR RELEASE THAT MEANS ITS BEEN TESTED! They don’t wait for a patch, let’s says 1.5 to drop and then start working on patch 1.6 once 1.5 was created and sent to steam sony Xbox for verification to be added to there platform they will already be writing 1.6 patch like now they should already be writing 1.7 patch to correct things that have popped up since the 1.6 patch was created! Hotfixes are very small individual patches that will fix 1 or 2 game breaking bugs very quickly. This allows the game to still be played until a more perm update can be released. Don’t talk about facts when clearly your the one lacking knowledge
