I’m a backer on Star Citizen where this game was first introduced to me and I’ll start backing this soon. I need to do more reading and get a idea of the development approach first. Many of this community and I’m sure the developers of this game are aware of the modules being produced for Star Citizen. It is a popular approach which I want to see happening in other projects. I’m paying more money into Star Citizen as a result of this approach and I want to do the same with this game.
I ask that the same approach is asking in this game and that something is playable sooner than 3-4 years so that it keeps out attention.
There are millions of players on strategy browser games which are repetitious and not very good yet they are playing them and paying for them. Stronghold Online is one of them. Years too late but if that game was released soon after the first Stronghold it would have paved the way for a good Stronghold 3. FAIL.
I strongly feel modules, just slices of this game. Could be playable for endless hours and generate revenue. Starting with a 1 v 1 dual system to begin testing combat. Then slowly growing it into team combat.
