Can't access DLC after purchasing from PS Store

I have recently brought “ashes of creation” and “treasures of the past” DLC. It’s showing as purchased and installed in the library and the PS store, but when I start the game in the options menu under the DLC’S it show that not purchased and I can’t able to access any content of the DLC’S that I have purchased and the only DLC’S which shows that I can play is the “tournament” DLC, which is free. Can someone please tell me how can I play the DLC now.

Edit: I think this is some kind of a bug, but I solved the problem for temporarily, I tried to log in using different user in my PS4, when I started the game in that account it showed that I have those DLC’S. So I tried again using my original account again to see if something has changed in it too, and it did. It showed that I owned DLC which were before shown as not purchased. I think there is some problem with the cache, may be clearing the cache for the game may solve the problem, but I didn’t try that so I don’t know if that would work.

@MrWolf: I noticed noone answered you so…I think you will be better off calling Sony customer support. Or post on the official Sony/PS forums (if such a thing exists). I doubt that even the staff here can help, since this is a sales issues rather than ingame issue. Technically you bought the DLC from the PS Store which Sony owns, not directly from Warhorse Studios. Therefore the onus is on Sony to help you be able to access your content. If bought on GOG/Steam, then you would need to complain to the respective support services.

I havent owned a console since the PS2, I’m mostly a PC gamer.

Hey thanks for the reply. Actually I solved that problem,I think it’s some kind of a bug. I will post the answer in the title above. So that it may help others.

Anyway thanks for the concern

Haven’t had that problem. Bought all KCD stuff from PS store

Not clear if you bought core game as hard copy or ecopy from PS store. My first step would be to verify that same account has core game and DLCs. In the past (probably again when woman’s lot comes around) deinstalled core game and DLCs. And then, reinstalled. Not essential but with some games PS4 has problems, and it seems to help
