Errr I followed this guys instructions exactly and it always comes out as “unknown potion”. WTF?!!
At the end do i really just click on the Phial and do Bellows twice? I really don’t get it. Help plz
It is not a poison but a sleeping potion.
I’ve just prepared it successfully. He is generally correct but he made a mistake at the end. It should be finished on on the cauldron not on the still (somebody noted that in the comments).
He might have a perk that ignore one error so that worked for him.
Just to be sure I put here how I did it:
Pour oil into the cauldron
Drop one poppy into and boil it one turn (I pull four times in a row)
Then drop one thistle into and boil again (four pulls)
Then wait to cauldron to cool down and add the paris herb
Take phial and finish the potion by click on the cauldron (not the still!)

It’s’ odd as I repeated myself and it worked on the sixth attempt. i might have started the fire before i put the poppy in at the start. who knows. cheers anyway
