If I try to change lod settings they just resetz can change all other settings, I’m guessing something to do with the changes they made to lod streaming ?
Maybe you’re forced to use presets now for optimisation sake ?
Ok ok looks like their control bye object quality and vegetation detail which makes way more sense.
Hotfix (212mb) should have restored settings pages.
You sure ? I’m on 1.3…1 and if I try to change lod setting manually it just resets when I click confirm, if I change object quality or vegetation quality it moves lod sliders up and down

I’m playing the GOG version and there has, so far, been no hotfix to remedy this issue.
Well it’s so confusing because the Devs say they fucked up ultra settings or something, all I know is 1.3.1 does not let you manually change lod sliders, they should of been more specific because it could be that changing vegetation settings and object quality is intentional and maybe they optimised lod settings that way, or is it a bug. Fuck knows.
I’d rather be able to choose lod slider settings but not if it causes other settings to act weird, like say you max out lod sliders but set object quality and veg quality to low or medium that doesn’t make sense as those settings seem to tie in with lod
They will release an hofix for the hotfix.

Can’t be because he says himself patch 1.3.1, thing is he doesn’t specify what exactly that problem is, I don’t play on ultra, my problem is with lod sliders reset when trying to change them.

LOD sliders are inside Advanced Graphic Settings and Daniel said that they screwed Advanced Graphic Settings.
So they will release an hotfix for 1.3.1 that will fix LOD sliders.

My sliders began working again after I had hit the RESET option in the Advanced Graphics Settings.

Anyone who is autoupdating with steam (or online with steam) in last few days will have the hotfix that restores the sliders.
It was out hours after latest patch.
