hello everyone i’m in a sort of bug. when i have to call for reinforcement in talmberg i get there but i’m not able to enter the city: when i arrive to the gate no one opens it and i can’t proceed.
someone can explain me why?

Hi, how did you escape talmberg at the beginning of the game? Jumped down the bridge cause the gate was buged and wont open? As far as I know there is a known bug regarding this. I don’t know if it’s a PS4 exclusive bug or for all platforms.
Long story short: Savegames messed up, start new game
@all: Or did I miss something and there is actually a workaround?
i escape form the bridge (ps4). actually the only solution it’s to commit minor crime to go in jail and then you are in city.
this bug must be resolved!! this game is too beautiful to have this orrible bug
p.s the gate wont open in any case, the only way to get out i know is to jump away
No, this bug is already resolved. But for this to work you need to delete all saves and start over .
I had the very same problem.
I bet you started the game while downloading the 1.02 update in the background? So at the end you played with a save game created in Gameversion 1.0 and continued in Version 1.02. And that’s the problem which leads to the bug we are talking about. That at least what happens to me and I needed to start over
Yeah! That’s true… damn i really wouldn’t restart the game but i suppose i’m forced to do it at this point.

There is a wqy to enter on foot if you walk beneath the bridge there is a little hill leading close to one of the fences, you can jump on it but save beforehand you can get stuck in the bridge.
I have started again but that’s not a problem. I would like to know if someone that escaped with horse like me had this probelm even if he began with 1.2 already installed. Because i ran away this time too and i’m afraid the bug is related to this choice
After u started new game u ran away again and the bug was solved or u escaped disguising urself

a bit late, but climb rocks to get under bridge turn around and you can jump or climb up onto walkway.
Yes. Jump up by the bridge. I got in on the side opposite the nearby village and road. Jump first then move forward in mid air and you’ll get in. If you move forward as you jump you’ll leap the fence animation and could land under the ridge and get trapped… this game is insane.
Just wait until you do the actual attack on the camp… I found that I must have backslid through this game so much that I get whooped by everyone if I’m not hitting them with a bow and of course I have no arrows
You can jump up from the west side of the bridge from which you jumped down. Actually i jumped two times with horse too. I’m not sure if the last patch fixed this, but the gate was open when i took the horserace quest from Zora. Not before, even i had to take one horse to the castle.(PS4)
I did not start playing this game until yesterday. Not the first release. Any updates were installed before I played the game at all. I still have the gate closed but. I am on PS4. I have armor (from 2 different chests even), shields, everything. Guard says Ok I can go but doesn’t say open the gate and the gate doesn’t open. This bug is not fixed.
