About 115 saves into my hardcore playthrough, have to bring papers to feyfair after fighting Ulrich so I ride to Rattay and take Tharesa to the pub and boom can’t get off my horse. Reloading saves won’t work, getting hit by something low hanging works but after getting back on the horse you can’t get off. Tried changing my weopons or some small things like that, nothing. I also try and call him but he never comes. I also have the from the ashes dlc which I just got halfway through my saves but have not done any of the quests yet.
It’s either a mod issue and/or try resetting your controls to default.

It is a mod issue. This problem was discussed a couple of days ago. It’s one of the older mods. Remove all your mods and see for yourself. Use only those mods that have been updated for the current version of the game.
the cheat mod do this. And very likely others do it too.
