Cant install game please help

Hey guys

I bought this game a few days ago and would like to install it now.
Unfortunately this does not work

Whenever I start the launcher and the game wants to install, comes an unknown error

So how can i install the game ???

Please help me already very much on this game

Ok, thank you.
This is known issue, though we were not able to satisfyingly tackle it.
I have contacted @DrFusselpulli, he should be able to help you out.
