I am level 15 reading, but I can’t read some books. It says I don’t have the proper reading level. I am on PS4 pro.
You need to have the skill related to the book amirite?
Can you provide an example? I don’t understand.
It is based on the level of skill. If you want to read about say, repair IV, you have to have a high level
of the repair skill. Reading skill is not what determines it.
