I successfully redeemed my xbox one code yesterday, but I can’t see the game on my list in Apps&games and on the store it doesn’t let me to download either, the only option I have is to buy the game.
Could anyone help me to sort this out? It’s a bit disappointing I couldn’t even preload the game as a backer.

Same problem for my on steam. My website said it was added to steam, but it isn’t in my library.
Update on my side. There’s a second key now on my profile. The first one was called preorder package, I was thinking that includes the game. But now I can see a key for KCD separately. Hopefully it will solves my problem, I can check it only in the evening when I get home.
