Drink a save potion at bug area, example- anywhere anything looks wrong. Press start, exit to game menu and reload the game you just saved. Things should look better from here. I suppose it gives this massive open world a chance to catch up seeing as how they haven’t worked out the kinks yet. Not a permanent fix but it will allow you to enjoy the game without listening to the main game intro over and over.
I’m using a PS4 with the lastest patches.
When I start the game all I have to do is tap Escape as soon as the white screen appears.
No game intro - direct to start menu (after a bit of load waiting)
