I have tons of cumans ears, however I can’t sell them to sir Robard, as I haven’t the option to do that. Am I doing something wrong or it’s a known bug?

Have you unlocked the quest for clearing out Cuman camps from Sir Robard yet? You won’t get it till you clear the first set of “clear out bandits” quest from the combat trainer in Rattay(I can’t remember his name at the moment).
Have you done all camps from sir Bernard, who will send you to Sir Robard afterwards?
