I can’t seem to find the “Odd bird” guy… Can anyone tell me how to start this quest?

He should be near the training arena in Skalitz.
It’s on your left as you head up the hill after walking through the main part of town.
Yes, I was there. But he isn’t there, sitting down. Could it be that I’ve completed the main questline?
He still should be there unless you might have killed them by mistake. The quest marker will still be there.
I’ve even killed him and he just respawns.
Nope, I’ve never known this quest until now actually. So I couldn’t have killed him…
Like, is there a quest I need to do in order for this one to trigger?
Maybe try to do the battles in rattay and susaw first. I know I did all the quests I could before I just came across this quest. I kinda found it on accident. This was after I beat the game. You might have some kind of weird glitch.
