Can't start Samopesh DLC

Hi,

I posed this a week ago but got no help. The quest marker is on the blacksmith
of Samopesh, but there is no mention of a mission in his conversation. You
can only trade or repair with him. Am I missing something? Is it buggy?

My game is on hold, as the rest of the game is finished and there’s just the final
mission to do, but I don’t want to do it until I finish this DLC>

maybe the tourney DLC? Have u already installed it?
Simply win the tourney, then visit him again

Ahh it’s not part of womens lot, thanks. I can’t win the tourney because I killed Black Peter out in the Wilds. LOL
