I would like to talk to people while on a horse, why can’t I talk to people on a horse while I get the extra charm from my horse? Also They could make it Easyer to hit someone while on a horse, it’s very hard, and super hard when going full speed.

I guess, it wasn’t implemented in the game by now, cus of the problems with adjusting the camera. Sometimes even on foot excesses are happen. Just technical problems.

This has been mentioned every since Alpha. Seriously, it’s beneath my lordly dignity to dismount just to talk to a mere peasant 
I suppose there’s something in the dialog mechanics that makes talking from horseback problematic, so it’s never happened. Maybe someday.

Even on foot the camera struggles to show people’s faces.
