Can't talk to Theresa to start Womens Lot DLC

I’ve completed the courtship quest, but haven’t completed the main questline if that matters. Game is in 1.9.1. The game is also modded, with all mods updated - I double checked. So far every other DLC dialogue works perfectly including the Johanka one.

I only have one dialogue option which is discussing what our relationship is after the “climax”. After I go through that she chooses to give me a gift the next time I talk to her, which freezes the game mid-dialogue and I have to alt+f4 and restart the game.

Sent this to their support email 2 weeks ago and haven’t gotten a reply so I’m bringing it here to see if anyone can help.

You have to do certain side quests such as pestilence and another to be able to do A Woman’s Lot. Read the DLC information under the pause screen. It will tell you how to unlock the quest.

Hmmm… have you tried to start a save from before to see if it works?
