Can't talk to to the Skalitz priest (A man of the cloth)

Can’t talk to to the Skalitz priest, wich is needed for the quest ‘A man of the cloth’ and ‘In God’s hands’.
Have more people encountered this problem and is there some way to fix this or use a workaround to make progress in this side quest? If i ignore this for now i get a message that this quests is failled later…

My progress in the main game is ‘Ginger in a Pickle’.

Meanwhile some quests later, still no change in this NPC behaviour.
Hope they fix this issue on the upcoming patch…

I already did those 2 quest some days ago, I had not any problem with it. I could talk with the priest. (PS4)
