Cant use horse in talmberk (he lay on the ground)

Hi,
I can’t use a horse in Talmberk, he lay down on the ground and can’t be saddled and use (F).
Any tips on what to do?
It’s right at the beginning of the Quest quest when I have to run into the Skalice.

I solved it, I repeated the whole mission
